Sorry for the lack of input the last two weeks been a bit tied up
Work has been going on at : 17th in front of the green. Where turf was stripped and the best of the turf put to the side, silty soil removed and sand driven in.
During last week we spiked greens/approaches, they were then brushed
cut and rolled.
At the tea hut concrete was brought in for the base.
All the tees were spread with our own home-made iron mix.
Elsewhere on the course a handful of bunkers were dug out and re-built.
Back to 17th sand is driven in, shaped ready for compost going on the top.
